What To Do When You Are -

Uncertain about God

Jesus answered, "Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say
to this mountain, 'Go, fall into the sea.' And if you have no doubts
in your mind and believe that what you say will happen, God will do
it for you, So I tell you to believe that you have received the things
you ask for in prayer, and God will give them to you. When you are
praying, if you are angry with someone, forgive him so that your Father
in heaven will also forgive your sins."
Mark 11:22-25

Don't always think about what you will eat or what you will drink, and don't keep worrying. All the people in the world are trying to get these things, and your Father knows you need them. But seek God's kingdom, and all the other things you need will be given to you. Luke 12:20-31

Abraham was almost a hundred years old, much past the age for having children, and Sarah could not have children. Abraham thought about all this, but his faith in God did not become weak. Romans 4:9-21

From the beginning I told you what would happen in the end. A long time ago I told you things that have not yet happened. When I plan something, it happens. What I want to do, I will do. I will make what I have said come true; I will do what I have planned. Isaiah 46:10-11b

Now may God himself, the God of peace, make you pure, belonging only to him. May your whole self-spirit, soul, and body-be kept safe and without fault when our Lord Jesus Christ comes. You can trust the One who calls you to do that for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:32-24

The Lord is not slow in doing what he promised the way some people understand slowness. But God is being patient with you. He does not want anyone to be lost, but he wants all people to change their hearts and lives. 2 Peter 3:9

The ways of God are without fault. The LORD'S words are pure. He is a shield to those who trust him. Who is God? Only the LORD. Who is the Rock? Only our God. God is my protection. He makes my way free from fault. You give me a better way to live, so I live as you want me to. Psalm 18:30-32, 36

My friends, do not be surprised at the terrible trouble which now comes to test you. Do not think that something strange is happening to you. But be happy that you are sharing in Christ's sufferings so that you will be happy and full of joy when Christ comes again in glory. When people insult you because you follow Christ, you are blessed, because you follow Christ, you are blessed, because the glorious Spirit, and Spirit of God is with you. 1 Peter 4:12-14

So faith comes from hearing the Good News, and people hear the Good News when someone tells them about Christ. Romans 10:17 Come to me and listen; listen to me so you may live. I will make an agreement with you that will last forever. I will give you the blessings I promised to David. So you should look for the LORD before it is too late; you should call to him while he is near. Rain and snow fall from the sky and don't return without watering the ground. They cause the plants to sprout and grow, making seeds for the farmer and bread for the people. The same thing is true of the words I speak. They will not return to me empty. They make the things happen that I want to happen, and they succeed in doing what I send them to do. Isaiah 55:3, 6, 10-11

"The mountains may disappear, and the hills may come to an end, but my love will never disappear; my promise of peace will not come to an end," says the LORD who shows mercy to you. Isaiah 54:10
