Jesus The Son Of God
(Galatians 4:4-7)
Man was created by God "in his image
And after his likeness". The first pair, Adam
And Eve, lived happily in the garden of Eden
Close to the Creator. However, through the
Original sin man was separated from God
And as time passed he forgot all about his
Creator and his own destination. Now,
Wicked, suffering and unhappy he was crav-
ing for salvation.
God pitied man and "when the fullness of
The time was come, he sent forth his son
To redeem the…that they might receive
The adoption of sons" and again come close
To their creator as his children.
So, Jesus, the son of God, the second per-
son of the Holy Trinity, came into the world
as a man to redeem man from sin. He was
born very humbly in a stable and as a child
he lived an ideal life; "He increased in wis-
don and stature and in favor with God and
man".
Then through his teaching, his miracles,
His passion and his resurrection, he opened
The door for the salvation of mankind.

I am willing to recognize and address anger
when I experience it
Many people of color are extremely diverse, wonderfully
creative and desperately depressed. For some reason, all
we know, are capable of doing and desire to accomplish never
gets done. We seem to be held down by our frustrations,
challenges and failures. This in turn makes us so angry we
could scream. What we fail to realize is that anger is what
stops us in the first place. It's not the other way around.
Angry people are stagnant. Anger people are frustrated. Angry
people tell themselves, "I'm not angry, I'm what-ever-race.
I'm not angry, I'm poor. I'm not angry, I'm just tired." Yet
buried beneath the poverty and fatigue is the black hole of
anger that must be healed. Anger, not depression. Anger, not
alcoholism. Anger, not hypertension. Anger, not cancer. Anger,
not strokes is what holds us back, so we might as well scream
and let a little of the anger out.
When there's anger in your head, rage in your heart,
that's the time you can't forget to boogie!
