The Raising Of The Widow Of Nain

(Luke 7:11-17) At the little village of Nain, near Naza- Reth, Jesus and his disciples were climbing The footpath up the slope when they were Met by a large funeral procession descend- Ing towards the tombs. A widowed mother, Deeply grieved, was weeping in despair for Her only son. When the Lord saw her, he Pitied her and approaching her he said in A compassionate voice, "Do not weep". He then touched the bier and said simply, "Young man, I say to you arise". And the young man sat up, in control again of all his faculties. Jesus brought him to his mother, while shock seized and joy filled all those in the procession. They glorified God, saying, "A great prophet has arisen among us!" and "God has visited his people!" Word of this great miracle spread imme- Diately through the whole of Judea and all The surrounding country.

I plant positive seeds in the fertile soil of mind.

Whatever situation you find your behind in today, your mind
put it there. Your thoughts direct the flow of activity into
and out of your life. Your mind can make you ill. Your mind
will make you well. Your mind can strengthen your relation-
ships. Your mind will chase all friends and suitors way. Your
mind makes you wealthy. Your mind will keep you broke. Your
scattered thoughts will create confusion. Dark thoughts will
cast out creative light. Thoughts of enemies bring them to
your door. At all times, in all situations, if you don't like
where you find your bottom, change what's going on at the top.

Where the mind goes, the behind follows.
