Jesus Frees The Dead

(Peter 13:19) For the sake of all men, Jesus died on the cross and his body was buried by Joseph And Nicodemus in a new tomb near Gol- Gotha. A large stone was rolled at the en- trance of the tomb and guards were placed Around it by the high priests. Through his teachings, his miracles and His passion and crucifixion Jesus had fin- Ished his mission on earth for the salvation Of men. From that day on "he that would Believe and would be baptized would be Saved; but he that would not believe would Be damned" according to his own word (Mark 16:16) What about the dead, however, who did Not have the opportunity to become ac- quainted with Jesus' teachings? Many of Them had lived a just life, following the Voice of their conscience which is the voice Of God within us. Should they be damned? No, In accordance with Peter's first Cath- Olic Epistle, after his burial and before his Resurrection Jesus "went and preached unto The spirits in prison", freeing those who Were worthy of salvation. This is another Great miracle which the ancient church Connects with the miracle of miracles, the Resurrection of our Lord.

If I continue to blame then for where I've been, I can only
blame me for where I go.

People must stop blaming everyone else for their current
condition in the world. We cannot forget our history. We
cannot forget the past. We know there are forces that oppose
us, but because they oppose us does not mean they have won.
We must stop believing what has been said to and about what
we are. Many people are afraid to look at the lessons we
must learn from the past. If we do not learn the lessons,
we will continue to repeat the class. We have a reason to
be angry; we have a reason to be afraid; but there is
absolutely no reason for us to remain where we are. When we
want to rise, we will. When we are ready to grow, we can.
The only thing holding us in place right now are the things
"we" do no do.

As long as you can find someone else to blame for anything
you are doing, you cannot be held accountable or responsible
for your growth or the lack of it.
