Revised July 31,
2008
Here are two short intercessory prayers
to use in addition to any others that you generally may
say:
Lord,
bless Your servants (names) and grant them health, peace, joy and the grace of
Your Spirit. Fulfill their special
needs (name them) and guide them in all things with Your loving care. Amen.
Lord,
remember Your servants (names) who have departed from this life in the hope of
the Resurrection. Grant them
forgiveness of sins, eternal rest among Your Saints, the gift of Your Kingdom
and the enjoyment of unending life with You.
Amen.
